After a season on the run, Michael (Wentworth Miller) finds himself back behind bars, incarcerated in a nightmarish Panamanian penitentiary that authorities have deserted in the wake of a prison riot. With brutal inmates running the show -- led by the vicious Lechero (Robert Wisdom) -- just staying alive will be a challenge for Michael. Meanwhile, Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) is on the outside working on the next jailbreak.
