Power plays, backstabbing and family feuds continue at glossy fashion magazine Mode in the third season of this incisive comedy starring Emmy winner America Ferrara as hapless worker-bee Betty Suarez. The stalwart Betty tries to maintain sanity in the office, but it’s a tough job working alongside dragon lady Wilhelmina (Emmy nominee Vanessa Williams), corporate ladder climber Amanda (Becki Newton) and the acutely dysfunctional Meade clan.
